Our white marble quarry is located in Yen town, Luc Yen District which is one of the only two locations with vast reserves and the best quality of pure white marble in the world. Our total mining area of 50 hectares and total production capacity is 70.000 tons/year. Mining operations are well equipped with modern & advanced technology. All machinery and equipment are 100% brand-new, and have been imported from Italy, Turkey, India and China. These include wire saw machines, drills, wheel loaders, CAT excavator, Volvo loaders, cranes, etc. Products of the mining process are marble blocks with the volume from 1 cubic meter to 10 cubic meters.
We process the marble blocks, slabs and tiles in our state-of-the-art facility before exporting to 80+ countries around the world. The processing plants of R K Marble are equipped with the latest technology in Vietnam, spanning a total area of almost 7 hectares and a capacity of 2 million square meters per year. Our state-of-the-art factory produces finishes such as: Polished, Honed, Brushed, Sand Blasted, Bush Hammers, Antique, etc. Our newly imported machineries of latest technology from Italy includes 06 Gang saw machines with 80 to 120 blades from B.M; 02 Polishing lines from Breton; Resin Line; Gantry cranes & EOT cranes, Bridge cutting machines in 4 sheds with a total area of more than 30,000 m2.
With the natural beauty and variety of shades, our white marble blocks have been exported to more than 80 countries all over the world such as: China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Russia, Middle East, UAE… (Asia); Italia, Canada, Belgium, Spain…(Europe); USA; New Zealand, Australia; some countries in Africa.
